Nice roast duck and dumplings. I like to eat lamb dumplings with garlic and vinegar. It's a nice Peking restaurant in a relatively quiet neighborhood.

I could eat here everyday. Everything hit the spot. GET THE BRAISED PORK IN BROWN SAUCE!!! I'm also a huge fan of salt and pepper fish -- I get it at every Chinese restaurant and this place is my favorite by far. Chefs kiss. I really liked their beef fried rice -- they cooked the egg different from other places so I enjoyed that too. Service was quick and they were all super nice. Restaurant was a good sized room and it wasn't too loud. Outside the restaurant, they played acoustic music which I liked - made the wait time go by much faster. Can't wait to come back!!!

This is a hole in the wall that is so underrated! We came Friday night and I only 2 other parties there which is a little sad but nice that we don't have to wait. The place doesn't look much but once you sit down and look at the drawings, the huge picture menu, and food, you will be so awe. We ordered: Corn chicken soup - delicious Peking duck - so juicy and the skin was so crunchy. Also the sauce is amazing, not just your regular hoison sauce. Salt and pepper chicken wings - taste on point and light batter. Might be better than Capital in Chinatown. Pork Pancake - the dough was thin and tasteful Chinese burger - that bun was so good! Definitely unique. Service was also great! Will be back for some more yummy dishes! Thank you!

Came here for a last-minute dinner with a friend on a weekday, and glad we found this spot! There's a dedicated parking lot in the back which is really nice and convenient, and the restaurant wasn't crowded when we walked in right around 7pm. For two - we probably ordered a bit too much food: Mao Xue Wang - didn't previously know what this was but given the extensive menu left us spoilt for choice, this seemed like a dish with all the stuff we were interested in. Beef, fish, tripe, spam etc. We did ask to leave out the pork intestines, but it came with pork blood also (not in the menu description), which we could've done without. Not bad, comes with lots of beansprouts if you like that Mapo Tofu - slightly different from the ones I've tried before, sauce is a bit tangy! Quite decent though Green Beans - have never met a string bean dish I've not enjoyed, but this was very solid Cumin Beef - the waiter was kind enough to suggest we switch from Chicken to Lamb for this stir fry dish. Loved the cumin dry rub, very delicious Definitely coming back again to try some of the other items on the menu! Also very reasonable prices by SF standards. Highly recommend.

This place has been around for a long time and I couldn't recall if I had ever ordered from or eaten at this place! Can't let it be that way so we decided to stop in and make sure we know. One thing I realllly like about this place is the menu is completely made with pictures and descriptions. It helps someone like me that likes to look things up on Yelp to help me make a decision. I don't have to wonder what that looks like because they already did that work! Awesome! Service was attentive and quick. Staff wore masks and gloves which I appreciated during these times. The soy sauce container was a lil grimey buuut...eh. I used a napkin to grab it with. Just beware. I really enjoyed their bbq pork chow mein and the broccoli chicken. The fried rice also had a really good Smokey taste but not burnt. I would probably pass next time on the pork ribs. They were good, the sauce was good but they had too much fat for my liking. My partner ordered the shrimp and chives dumplings, my favorite kind. They were delicious! I would definitely recommend ordering from this place. Next time I plan to try the duck! Look out for another post in the future.
